Hope

I wish our class had a "speak proper English day". Can we have one? Then Ms Lim would be SO happy.

----------------------------

It has been a while since the last posts and yeah, post more! Certain members of our class have NEVER posted and its pretty sad to be honest. I wonder how many of our class people even read our class blog?

Which brings me to the topic of classmate relations. JC life is ending soon for us and I, for one thing, would not like to see the debilitation of our class spirit (whatever amount that we had), but the substantialized fruits of camaraderie. Come on people! We ARE a class, for goodness' sake. Disseverance has always been a distinct feature of our class since last year, and although things have settled down a bit, the demarcation of the different groups in class have never been more apparent. I don't know about you, or whoever is reading this, but I certainly hope that the friends we make here in Hwa Chong are lifelong ones, especially your classmates. People you can count on for decades to come, not people you forget after one year or two. I sincerely wish that 07S6G will not be just another ephemeral occurrence in each of our lives.

I feel a sense of nostalgia, or maybe even self-pity, when I see our junior class. They might not be that bonded right now, but they have time. They have time and the hope of a closer knit class. We don't have much time left to fill this lacuna we have in our hearts.

Remember the song by our senior, Galvin Sng?

"Ten years down the road, will we ever get to see one another?
Will things ever be the same, will we still be friends forever?"

I am despondent over the fact that I have no definite answer to these questions. Do you have the definite answer in your heart?
------------------------------------------

Okay I have successfully made the post sound like a newspaper "forum" section complaint letter, but it is not just another one of my lame writings. I wrote it out of sincerity and hope for a higher level of vibrancy and affinity between each and every single one person which belongs to our class, senior and junior alike. Just please do not let me be the only one who contends this stand, for it takes companionship and teamwork to conquer mountains of brobdingnagian proportions such as this one which stands tall and ominous before us.

In hope, which brings strength to the weary,
Josiah Berlian Putera Liang (08) 07S6G.

Ehhh

Well, looks like the tagboard is become a haven for people to confess their true feelings, and not to mention relive old memories :P Pretty interesting how the class blog, or class, in general has turned out to be. I see a bright future ahead :D

Anw here are some of the more interesting STJ stuff that my phone (sorry for low quality) seems to have seen, be it on purpose or accidental. Oh, and some other interesting stuff too :)

no title cos i cant think of any

anyway. nice to see that there are like FIVE posts ALREADY IN JANUARAY!! (cos there are only TWO posts in DECEMBER, both of which are posted by ME -___-) so GREAT IMPROVEMENT. it seems that the busier we are, the more likely we are going to do things that we usually are not free to do so. such irony. but that's life. Life is an irony... ( amazing that im talking lit here zzz)

ANYWAY. ... STJ is TOMMORROW!! everybody pls look forward to it with MUCH ANTICIPATION. (though i heard that the food there doesnt really taste well but then STJ is "all about the process" ) Prob is, the process involves digging a HOLe in my pocket --____________--

AND YUP! WE SHOULD ALL LEARN FAC DANCE!!! (ATHENA ONE I MEAN) SO LET"S START BY WATCHING THE VIDEO YOYZZZ!

lol (another one)

Yay long time since i posted! Well here i am again! I miss the blog, and im sure the blog misses me too! Well, lots of interesting stuff happened today, like ordering mac during break, interesting Econs lecture (Artemis is dead), retarded math tutorial (fiddling with gcs and hp), and of course a wonderful time in the afternoon (not going to post what happened here). Yea basically today is a good day! Good start for mugging physics :)

Anyway this house believes that we should all learn fac dance (athena one i mean). Firstly, it's good for your health, not to mention green is good for your eyesight too! Secondly, we earn fac points if we do it well. Thirdly, it's fun. Last but not least, we should set good examples for our dear juniors. So, behold the Mighty Morphin Power Panger Athena Warrior!

lol

since i can't seem to think of a better title, i shall put something entirely random. and since i'm happily daoing math, i shall blog on our much neglected class blog. but i have nothing to blog about, since blogging about campfire takes too much effort. this is bad.

okay, i shall blog about campfire night even though it seemed like a gazillion years ago. basically, wan chien and i disgoosted the entire time for the first half (basically when the poor unsuspecting j1s were putting up their performance... except for fac dances) then i sort of forgot what happened. oh yeah, we moved down to the central plaza, saw the grand light-up, went crazy during the singing session (jumping and running about like monkeys on crack) and then basically daoed the dance and waited for our enthu juniors who surpisingly wanted to dance. we also made poor kaimeng and ricky wait for us. we went to kap but ended up at beauty world.

end of the crappy summary. which reminds me: TIMES suscription should cost about 36.50 if i'm not wrong. pay up ppl. :)

good luck for math tmr and physics next week.

wake up!

I feel an obligation to revive this blog however dead it is. Reason? The juniors are probably surely going to surf through all the senior class blogs and start playing judge. I wonder how many class blogs out there are still running?..

Anyway people, it feels pretty good to be back in school for now. Of course, when the tests start coming (like, maybe next week huh) maybe we'll start to despise school more. Work hard people, play harder. You guys are all smart enough to pull it off!

Poor boss is trying to revive the class' presence in the online community and hey, why don't we just stop chanting eulogies and start realising that this blog is still alive one way or another? Have a great school year 2008 everyone we're going to have fun no matter what.
